All orders ship directly from Jerusalem, Israel. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rina.co.il to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Personalized and custom pieces are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.
